System Consumption Detail Report

You can display the system consumption details in an exportable report. You can show report information up to two years prior to the current date.

You can customize the view of the detail report by selecting date ranges for the data.

What You Can See and Do in This Window

The report uses the unit of measure specified in Utility Management.

In the top right corner of the panel, click Detail Report >>.
If required, select a date in the To and From fields to display the report within a specific date range.
To include or exclude endpoints within a group, do one of the following:
Include all endpoints within all groups in your network – this is the default; no additional selection is required.
Include only the endpoints in a selected group – click Include, and then select the group.
Exclude all endpoints within a selected group – click Exclude, and then select the group. The report displays all endpoints within all groups, except the selected group.
Click either Grid or Map for the desired report style. You can:

Sort grid data to customize the data display and facilitate searching for a specific account or data. See Sort Grid Data for the step-by-step procedure.
Review the report field descriptions.

If available for the report, click Table Settings to display the Add or Remove Columns window.
Select and deselect the columns you want in the report.
Click Ok to set the column configuration.
To export the report details, click to display the export options. You can Export the report data to an Excel spreadsheet or PDF Portable Document Format. An Adobe Inc. file format used to present and share documents independent of the computer, device, or software used to view it. file.
Click Back to KPI to redisplay the dashboard.
