Export History
The Export History screen shows all previously exported files, the date, by what email, and routes with the settings at the time of the last export. From this screen, you can download a file again.

Search Export Files
You can search to display all exports by route.
- On the Neptune® 360™ navigation bar, click Export History under Billing Services.
- In the Filter By Route Name and then type a route name or some portion of the route name, and then click Search.
The system displays only those files containing the search text. See Navigate in Grids and Customize the Grid View for more information about list display and selection options.
Show Export File Statistics
- On the Neptune® 360™ navigation bar, click Export History under Billing Services.
- Click the arrow next to an export file to display the routes and statistics for the export.
The following table defines the column data on the Export History screen.

| Action | Download - to redownload the export file. |
| Complete | Number of meters with a valid reading within the past 10 days in this route. |
| Email of the user who exported the file. | |
| Export Settings | Which types of meters were exported in that specific export file. |
| Exported Date |
Date this file was exported. |
| File Name | Name of file as saved. |
| Incomplete | Number of meters without a valid read within the past 10 days and not skipped. |
| Invalid | Number of meters that were marked as inactive in this route. |
| Meters | Number of meters imported in this route. |
| Route Name | Name of cycle / route. |
| Skipped | Number of meters that were marked as skipped in this route. |
| Source |
Source for the export file (User or API). |
| Total Exported | Number of meters that were previously exported in this route. |
Redownload a File
From the Export History window, you can redownload any file.
- On the Neptune® 360™ navigation bar, click Export History under Billing Services.
- In the Action column, click Download next to the file you want to download.
The system displays a Download Windows dialog box.
- Click Download again.
The file is now in the Downloads folder.
- In the Windows Save As screen, select the location where you want to save the file, and then click Save to save the file on your local computer.
