Export Dashboard Data

You can export any report that you display on the dashboard to an Excel spreadsheet or PDFClosed Portable Document Format. An Adobe Inc. file format used to present and share documents independent of the computer, device, or software used to view it. file. The export icon typically displays in the top right corner of a software section or page.

Export Report Data to a PDF File

  1. Click The Share button.
  2. Select Export Detail PDF.

The report displays as an Adobe Acrobat Document that you can download and print from the browser. You can also open the document in Acrobat and make edits.

Export Report Data to an Excel Spreadsheet

  1. Click The Share button.
  2. Select Export Detail Excel.
  3. If the report does not automatically display in Excel, check the bottom of the window for an Excel tab you can click to open.
