Action Center

The Action Center is the bell icon in the top right corner of the Neptune® 360™ window. The number in red on top of the bell indicates how many reports with updated data or notifications are available to download. Neptune 360 queries reports every 30 seconds for any updates. When you select to download a report, it downloads to your local drive.

Important! Neptune sends any file larger than 5K directly to the Action Center for downloading.

Download a Report from the Action Center

Reports you download from the Action Center appear in your Downloads folder on your computer.

  1. Click The Bell button on the page header to open the Action Center.
  2. Click The Download button next to the report you want to download.

Link to the Customer Inquiry Page

You can link to the Customer Inquiry page from a report that allows you to connect to the page.

  1. Click The Bell button on the page header to open the Action Center.
  2. Click The link to the Customer Inquiry page button next to the report for which you want to link to the Customer Inquiry page.

Delete One or More Reports from the Action Center

You have the option to delete any report or all reports from the Action Center. Deleting a report from the Action Center only deletes the report from the list. Any report you downloaded remains on your device even after you delete the report from the Action Center.

  1. Click The Bell button on the page header to open the Action Center.
  2. Click The Delete button next to each report you want to delete.
